Day 2 | OK, after a two-hour bike ride and a three-hour hike, I was HUNGRY. Maybe I'd have eaten anything. But, luckily, I got something pretty good: A BBQ brisket with cheddar from href="http://www.marquartslanding.com/asp/dbss.asp?ap=1&pg=6016" rel="nofollow">Marquart's Landing in Washington, Missouri.
The early a.m. bike ride through St. Louis and the hike through Shaw Nature Reserve guaranteed serious hunger. Sandwich #3 went down good with a Boulevard Wheat (regardless of what the pint glass says) Yum.
