Electronic Cigarette Success Story How

E cigarette is a future of smoking, say fans of this clever electronic gadget that produces scented water vapor. Others say that there is no scientific proof that electric cigarettes can help people quit smoking tobacco. Despite of that there are more and more success stories about people who have actually quit smoking in a very short time frame without suffering from the usual drawbacks of quitting cold turkey.

Jenny Jenkins from Houston, TX is now one of them. The "vaper" as e cigarette users call themselves. Jenny says: "I was a smoker for many years. I simply could not give it up because I just LOVED smoking. I loved the feeling of puffing the cigarette. Nothing could replace it.?

She continues: ?Yet, every time I smoked, I also felt guilty for inhaling 4000+ chemicals found in tobacco smoke. I didn?t want to ruin my health but I also couldn?t give up the pleasure. This was a closed loop that depressed me a lot.?

?Until?one day surfing on the internet, I stumbled upon something called an ?electronic cigarette?. I immediately ordered one because if it worked as promised, my problem would be finally solved. And it worked!?

Jenkins was usually smoking a pack a day but right after her smokeless cigarette arrived, she was down to half a pack on her first day. She just took out her electronic cigarette whenever she felt an urge to smoke and took a few puffs. No more carvings for the real cigarette. On her third day she was down to five cigarettes a day and on her 15th day Mrs. Jenkins smoked her last tobacco cigarette. She just didn?t need them anymore.

It?s also worth mentioning that Jenny Jenkins didn?t gain weight after she was able to quit smoking which is often smoker?s number one concern. She says: ?I also lost 4.4 pounds during these two weeks. I vaped a sweet flavor instead of snacking and it worked for me and a few others I've talked to.?
