Smoked salmon?

Anyone have any ideas on what I can make with some smoked salmon I have in the freezer. It could be for sandwich spread or casserole or ????

its awsome done as a spread.... mix it with cream cheese and put it on fancy crackers.... YUM!!!

You will need
Bagels, cream cheese, red onion, capers, and salmon
Toast Bagel, add cream cheese the chopped red onion, capers and salmon.
Eat and enjoy!!! Easy and sooooooo Yummy!

I would make small cocktail sandwiches. Spread softened cream cheese on cocktail bread, top with thin slices of salmon, garnish with a sprig of dill. Or scrambled eggs are nice topped with thin slices of smoked salmon, too.
